Representative Therriault, Co-chair, moved and asked unanimous                 
consent that the Finance Committee referral be waived for SB 17.               
                                                                               
Representative Kubina objected and withdrew the objection.  There              
being no further objection, the Speaker waived the Finance Committee           
referral.                                                                      
                                                                               
SB 17 was removed from the Finance Committee and is on today's                 
calendar.
